Gone are the days where only professionals could properly record and release music. Nowadays, anyone with talent, a computer, and access to the internet can record music and distribute it to a wide audience. In this activity, you will learn how to record music using Audacity, a free digital audio workstation (DAW). After doing this activity, you can definitely say that you’re one step closer to becoming an “indie” musician.
You will need to download Audacity first to do this, so get permission from your parents to download to the laptop. And ONLY download it from this site audacity.sourceforge.net/download/.
