Did you know that there are around 50,000 deaf people in the UK and that they use British Sign Language (BSL) as their first/preferred language? Obviously, the best way to communicate with them is through BSL. Don’t worry, learning BSL doesn’t have to be daunting! Try learning the song Happy by Pharell in BSL and you’ll see that it can actually be really fun!
