Everyone knows oil and water don’t mix. They’re like the Hatfields and McCoys, like Batman and CatWoman, like pickles and honey – yuck! Because oil floats on the top of water, it collects on anything that touches it. Use that natural repulsion to make a cool arts and crafts project.
