A planche is a move where you hold your own body parallel to ground so as to give the illusion of floating. It’s a very hard move to pull off as it requires a great deal of strength and balance. With enough practice, though, you can surely pull it off! For this activity, you don’t have to do the complex variations of the move shown in the video. Just show us that you can do a standard planche.
