Everyone knows that vegetables are boring, right? Nasty things that grownups force kids to eat because they’re “good for them”. Well, actually, you can make them a whole lot more exciting and interesting: by planting, growing and harvesting your own. Home-grown veg is often so much more delicious than anything you can buy at the grocer. And you’ll also realise that you can make some pretty fabulous, yummy things to eat too. You might even be able to encourage the adults to eat their greens!
