Take inspiration from your favorite Halloween costumes and slasher flicks. Imagine those video game villains who made you sleep with the lights on because you just knew they were coming for you! Brainstorm the scariest movie and television monsters and talk about what they have in common—masks, bug-eyes or bloody fangs that scared you. Use those ideas to make your project even more disgusting. Then plot whom you’ll scare with them first—take no prisoners and show no mercy at this essential bit of planning.
